How long does it take to receive my order?
We use Printify for our Print on Demand needs. Our customers receive their orders in about 7 business days.
How can I report an issue with my order?
If you receive a damaged product or notice a manufacturing error, we offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
To report an issue with your order:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org by replying back to your Order Complete email.
- Explain the type of issue (tracking status, request refund, request reprint), and proceed to upload a photo of the product if required.
Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. You will receive a response to your email.
