RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At NUSTUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that certain items, including custom or final sale items, are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that any item that is returned without its original packaging or in a damaged condition will not be accepted for return.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization and to receive instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
- Pack the item securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Enclose the return form and a copy of your invoice.
- Prior to sending any item back, please ensure that the item is properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
- Send the return package to the address provided to you in the return instructions.
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization and to receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Please note that this return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Nustudios.com. If you have purchased a Nustudios product from another retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
